We stay here on our way to PCB every time we go on vacation.. Great location, easy access, rooms are very clean and staff was very friendly. I also recommend going to the movie set of "BIG FISH" BY TIM BURTON.. It's not very far down the road from this hotel
Great stay at this hotel. Very pleasant comfortable rooms. Great location with lots of places to eat all around it. Great location in far north Birmingham, AL just off the interstate if you are on the road.
Came in and cleaned my room when I only stayed 2 nights. Many hotels don’t do that anymore after Covid. Good breakfast & customer service!
Hotel has been updated but the room furniture not so much. It was however very clean minus the ladybugs but, I didn't really mind the one in my rooms bathroom. I would have rather they not dismantle the breakfast bar before 9am.
By far, the cleanest and friendliest hotel in Fultondale! A quiet overnight getaway. And the nice warm pool can't be beat! The Personnel were very receptive and accommodating, which is rare nowadays. Recommended to all.
Nice and quiet!!!!OH! and don't get me started on fultondale this town is sweet like honey... almost like a town of Angels (except Arby's they locked their doors it wasn't even closing time) BUT! Back to the hotel it's Perfecto (to say the least) not the elevator tho that thing sus(4/30/25) it's getting fixed soon I'm sure
LOVE this location!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here for 17 weeks because of Training with my organization and it was amazing. The service at the front desk was always polite and welcoming and my room was ALWAYS CLEAN, like a new room everyday I can back from class. Ms.Ella in the Kitchen/Breakfast area was such a delight and really is the hotels mother. She made sure breakfast was ready every morning and most importantly, she made sure the food was FRESH AND HOT!!! Very kind hearted woman and a very professional staff at this location. Phenomenal! I know this is a two star hotel but I’m giving it five stars!! The staff were courteous, professional, and polite. While many of the fixtures and furniture are a little dated, everything is kept in good condition and clean. You can tell that this hotel has had some wear & tear yet it is well cared for & clear that the owners & managers care about the condition and experience of the guests. Breakfast was good, Coffee could be a little stronger, but I’m one of those people that likes it super dark. The location is wonderful, you would think that off the highway you would hear a lot of traffic noise that is not the case. It is back in the corner of the commercial area so there’s not any traffic. My only complaint/Comment would be the lack of sidewalks and crosswalks for pedestrians. Yet the hotel doesn’t control that— It’s clear that the residents of Fultondale do not want poor people, elderly people, or disabled people out and about in their community.
